I love Island Optimal for all their services. It's a convenient location both Rutherford and Dufferin for getting treatment.
Iv been coming here for a few years and have received a multitude of different services. Everyone has been so friendly and wonderful! I love coming here for massages, chiropractor, acupuncture and cupping! Highly recommend!
I was lucky to find a place close to home that had availability for an RMT. I was so disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this location. I had a 60 minute massage with a wonderful RMT, but unfortunately I had to listen to the ladies at the front desk chat about the interior design and which pictures to put up in the office, and laugh loudly every few minutes, as well I got to hear laundry switching over, doors slamming repeatedly, someone mixing what sounded like a protein shake? Wonderful clinic and staff. Receptionist was kind and funny. Amazing acupuncture with Ozge. Seriously the best in Nanaimo. Calming, warm and inviting space. Treatment was relaxing and just what I needed. She made this momma feel human again. I can not wait for my next treatment!
