I have just recently started to see RMT Madyson East. She is so talented and has helped my hip and back pain improve so much. I am thankful for Danielle for being so helpful and getting me to see Madyson. I can not say enough great things about the space, the location and the atmosphere that they create at Island Optimal.
I have been in to see Ozge for the last few years for acupuncture and recently seen Michaela for an IV drip. I have had nothing but great experiences here and had great help as well from Cheyanne at the front desk with my billings!
I can’t recommend birth biomechanics with Riannon Setterfield enough! I only wish I’d seen her sooner. I started struggling with sciatica in my third trimester so made an appointment. A morning session with her would really set me up for a good day. On top of that, I had a quick and smooth labour, and I’m sure a big part of that was my work with her (along with her prenatal yoga classes)!
I went to see Dr. Ouimet for a consult about my sprained ankle and she suggested prolotherapy. After 8 weeks of not healing its own, just 2 sessions of prolo got me back playing soccer! She was very helpful, and asked a lot of questions to try to resolve issues why it wasn't healing and gave me stretches and exercises to keep it strong in the future. She also did accu to help speed the healing along. Amazing experience!
I saw Ambryn Ethier for a dental cleaning and it was the most thorough cleaning I've ever had, she was professional and compassionate if I needed her to be gentle in certain areas.
