Extremely rude front desk receptionist ANA answered the phone, and while speaking to her IN ENGLISH, she decided to cut me off and say "Speak ENGLISH" with a rude tone. No hello no nothing, no greeting or welcome. I normally don’t write negative reviews, if I have a bad experience with something I just won’t go to that place again. But the doctor at the Eastchester office Dr. ROBERT HECHT is such a bad person. He is extremely rude to his staff and to patients. My daughter had to see him twice a follow a surgery she had (he did not perform the surgery) he would not even let her explain what and how she felt.
