Stay away from this place if you can avoid it. I noticed immediately when I got there that the place looked really run down. I attempted to proceed with my appointment anyway. The X-ray tech was really polite and professional. I have no complaints about the staff I dealt with at all. Then they put me in a room and I was horrified. It was absolutely filthy. Extremely rude front desk receptionist ANA answered the phone, and while speaking to her IN ENGLISH, she decided to cut me off and say "Speak ENGLISH" with a rude tone. No hello no nothing, no greeting or welcome. Then, as I proceeded to continue speaking to her, she began a conversation with another person on her side, ignoring me and as i patiently waited for her to reply to what i had just said, she decided to say "Hello?" with another rude tone as if she wasn't just ignoring me !! I normally don’t write negative reviews, if I have a bad experience with something I just won’t go to that place again. But the doctor at the Eastchester office Dr. ROBERT HECHT is such a bad person. He is extremely rude to his staff and to patients. My daughter had to see him twice a follow a surgery she had (he did not perform the surgery) he would not even let her explain what and how she felt.
