My dad recently purchased a mobility scooter from Island Mobility. The service he received was outstanding, they were kind, patient nothing was too much trouble. There was no hard sell. My dad was able to have little test drives on a few scooters so he could make a decision on how the scooter felt as well as hearing the pros and cons. When the scooter was delivered a staff member took dad out for a spin to make sure he was happy with how it worked. Our son unfortunately broke his ankle while he was skateboarding on day 2 of our holiday so we needed to urgently hire a wheelchair for him. Hiring a wheelchair was a godsend as walking on crutches was proving to be very difficult and tiring. Island Mobility in Newport were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They were very reassuring towards our son and demonstrated how easy it was to collapse and unfold the lightweight wheelchair so we could easily get it in and out of the car.
