We were referred to Ronnie by another company that does not service the ancient spa we inherited when purchasing our home. We’re so thankful to them for sending us to Island Mist. Technician, Rueben was honest, on time, knowledgeable, prepared and a pleasure to work with. Owner Ronnie was like a breath of fresh air. Absolutely the best place to go regarding anything hot tubs.
I highly recommend Island Mist and the owner, Ronnie. They have always come when I’ve needed them and recently walked me through a problem over the phone. This resolved the issue with the breaker and he could easily have made money from a service call instead of helping me on the phone. I’ve been a customer since 2011.
