Dr. Ingwer was my PCP for over a decade and during thar time he was always professional and I trusted him. As I have gotten older, I've had a number of medical conditions that have gotten severely worse over time. Surprisingly, Dr. Ingwer's attitude & compassion has seemed to disappear. At his insistence, I made an appointment and sat in severe pain for 90 minutes in his waiting room for him only to ask me three questions that could have been asked over the phone and then sent me on my way. Saw this doctor for decades and had no issues. Then he joined Optum and things rapidly deteriorated. No longer the same. Waited for him to check my test results for over a week. I was able to access immediately. He finally accessed 5 days later early Sunday morning - March 2024. Never heard from him. Needed me to come in and pay to get results, I am guessing. This is from Cheryl Boden. I cannot thank this doctor enough - Dr Ingwer-for realizing in 5 minutes what 7 podiatrists could not realize in all my treatments. He realized that ( though often confused) this was not an infection but I had severed a vein in the toe)After many needless antibiotics topically and orally unfortunately, he had this correct analysis! He is gifted!
