Saw this doctor for decades and had no issues. Then he joined Optum and things rapidly deteriorated. No longer the same. Waited for him to check my test results for over a week. I was able to access immediately. He finally accessed 5 days later early Sunday morning - March 2024. Never heard from him. Needed me to come in and pay to get results, I am guessing. This is from Cheryl Boden. I cannot thank this doctor enough - Dr Ingwer-for realizing in 5 minutes what 7 podiatrists could not realize in all my treatments. He realized that ( though often confused) this was not an infection but I had severed a vein in the toe)After many needless antibiotics topically and orally unfortunately, he had this correct analysis! He is gifted!
Answered all my many questions and was pleasant and seemed to care. He didn’t seem at all in a hurry as many doctors are. I highly recommend.
Great doctor, never have to wait more than 5 minutes!!
