Have been seeing or trying to see Dr. Mushtaq for a few months now she is very kind and has been great, unfortunately im not sure if this is due to corporate pressure or just how clinics are run today but waiting 45 minutes to not be seen because it seems the doctors schedules are just crammed with as many patients as humanly possible. The most professional and friendly people I've ever dealt with in the medical field
I went for a standard annual health check up and my visit was changed to medical. This was my first visit they just took me providing medical history as icd diagnostic codes. Never will I visit this doctor again or any other doctor with Optum.
This is the first time going to doctors and my Doctor made me feel comfortable , and the whole staff and everyone in the place was very nice.A very clean comforting atmosphere.
