My service advisor Ilsi is one of the best. He always answers all my questions and goes above and beyond. There is never a time when the service department is not helping ans answering all your questions ! Will always buy a Mazda because of them !!!
I had a wonderful experience at Island Mazda. I visited that day to test drive a vehicle and I ended up walking out with a new car. Everyone from the girl that set my test appointment on the phone,, to my sales representative, to the manager, were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They all helped me to make a decision that probably would’ve taken me weeks if not months to do. I love the new vehicle I leased as well as the deal they gave me. I will most definitely be back when my lease ends in three years.
