Staff is so rude and hang up the phone on you. They lie and say no loaner meanwhile they pick and choose who to give out a loaner. Watch out for them. Its worth just to go to broolkyn or NJ service mazda. They push services car really dont need just to make a quick buck off you. Please watch out for them.
I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership, with my salesperson Steven Aponte and also the manager of this location! I purchased an 2026 Mazda CX5 and I love it! Who knew the process could be this smooth! Steven walked me through EVERYTHING and it was why my first visit there - I purchased my car that same day - everyone was professional and very pleasant!
