Both my parents and I had major bathroom(and kitchen) renovations done by this company over the past decade. They are communicative(L*r**), efficient, and honest/transparent about pricing . Their work is solid and done correctly with expertise in installation, plumbing, and electrical, utilizing several tradesmen. My parents and my spouse and I are/were both extremely happy with the phenomenal quality of work done.
Very mixed feelings about our bathroom renovation project with Island Marble. The work itself was well done and the final result is very good. The sub-trades were all excellent. However Island Marble supervision of the work and communication with us was not so good. No final inspection by Island Marble. The final invoicing was very poor, requiring several attempts to help them get the invoice correct. We would probably not use Island Marble again.
We had our first bathroom renovation done by Island Marble four months ago and were so impressed with David, the staff and crew that we had our second bathroom done. As with the first experience, everything from start to finish was exceptional and we are now proud owners of two amazing bathrooms. We just finished having our bathroom remodelled by Dave and the crew at Island Marble. From the initial visit to completion of the project, EVERYONE was exceptional. Project timelines were communicated effectively; everyone arrived on the scheduled date and on time; the people who worked on the project were professional and respectful; and, the quality of the end product is exceptional.
