I had Island Maintenance come to my home. They replaced a leaking handle on the water hose outside. They said the other water leak would require putting a hole through my brick into my kitchen. They charged me $150 for the hose leak. I called a different licensed plummer. He said there is just a leak at the handle and fixed it in 5 minutes without going through the wall of my house. Island Maintenance has provided repair and on call maintenance services for 3-4 years for our IOP rental property. They have been prompt and reliable in responding to all of our maintenance needs.
