I was having an issue where I needed bathroom ventilation fan ductwork run to the outside of my house. I was told that the fans that were just installed 3 years before needed to be replaced. An employee (may be the owner) lacks impulse control and has anger issues. We were trying to go around the gas station as reversing was not an option. The man pressed the accelerator going around me, nearly hitting me. Impatient and dangerous. He stopped behind the gas station right in the middle of the only way out. I had Island Maintenance come to my home. They replaced a leaking handle on the water hose outside. They said the other water leak would require putting a hole through my brick into my kitchen. They charged me $150 for the hose leak. I called a different licensed plummer. He said there is just a leak at the handle and fixed it in 5 minutes without going through the wall of my house.
