We connected with Rhys when we decided to purchase a property on Russell Island. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He took us for a tour all over the island. We found him relaxed, not pushy and nothing was a problem for him. Unfortunately, we didn't end up purchasing a property with him, we found a house with another agent on the island, who we weren't impressed with. I originally contacted most agents on the island and in some situations I couldn’t even get a call back which was disappointing as my youngest son and I were moving to the island, we did not end up buying from island life as we found a house that suited us better. But I must say the service and professionalism including answering calls answering emails and most importantly following up and not leaving me wondering was superb. Thank you to Simon and Rhys and team it was appreciated.
I’m sharing my experience honestly so future guests can be aware. I had made the reservation normally(Booking.com), but we were given the wrong access code on arrival. I tried contacting several phone numbers and messages without any response. After reaching out to Booking.com support, we only received the correct code about 3 hours later, but because the ferry back toBrisbane was full and no other accommodation was available on the island.
