A relative was in need of an emergency sprinkler / pipe repair that was leaking continuously. The minute we hung up the phone with Island Lawn Sprinklers, they sent someone to fix it...during a hurricane nonetheless! They were so nice to work with, efficient and offered fair pricing. We are grateful for their services and highly recommend Phil, Frank and team to anyone in Suffolk or Nassau County looking for sprinkler services or repair!
This company is completely unprofessional! Every year, during the winter months, beginning in October, the sprinkler is turned off. We scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and do this and they NEVER show! And when they decided to grace us with a technician, they neither called, rescheduled or notified us that they were coming. The tech shows up a quarter to 7am...AM!!
