I grew up in Fernie and always dreamed of having my wedding at Island Lake Lodge. When the day finally came, it was beyond anything I could have imagined. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, tucked away in the mountains, and it gave us that “wow” moment I had always pictured. The food deserves a special mention — every single meal was incredible. From start to finish, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and so delicious. Our guests are still talking about how amazing it was! The staff were also out of this world.... read more

My happy place! Trails are great! Wish they accommodated dogs on the restaurant patio though...
