Let me begin by stating I do not typically leave reviews, positive or negative. However after such an incredible experience with Ed and Island Koi and Water Gardens I felt compelled to do so. Ed was beyond helpful, (on a weekend, I might add) he gave insightful advice, got me the absolute best price on a UV sterilizer, $100 cheaper for the exact same product as compared to Amazon, Fish stores, etc. Had it shipped to my home. Our pond heater broke and after numerous failed attempts to get a new one at major retailers, (website said they were in stock) I found Island Koi. Ed is really friendly and accommodating. We had a new heater in 10 minutes. I will be doing business with Island koi from now on. I recommend this wonderful small business to anyone in search of a knowledgeable and friendly pond store.

What a great place for all your KOI and water garden needs! I actually got to know the owner, Ed, and he is such a great guy. He really knows his stuff when it comes to the Koi ponds and everything. If you are starting out and just learning about Koi or a pro give Ed a call. You won't be disappointed.

Ed’s overwhelming knowledge of koi and ponds Has really made the process stress free for me and my wife. Ed recommends exactly what is best for your setup and doesn’t try to upsell you products that you don’t need. I will not be going anywhere else for my Koi Pond needs, thanks, Ed.
