Boy oh boy what can I say about ED and Island Koi. 1st…. Ed is a sweetheart of a guy. Cares about you and your concerns and needs. Doesn’t try to push stuff on you that u really don’t need. 2nd ….great prices. I have been to every Koi store in my area and no one beats him . U name the category and he #1 all the way around. Don’t believe me just go see him for yourself and you won’t be disappointed!!!

I had a problem with my pond pump. Ed was the an amazing help. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Pond is working. Thank you! This a definitely a FIVE STAR Koi and pond store.

Let me begin by stating I do not typically leave reviews, positive or negative. However after such an incredible experience with Ed and Island Koi and Water Gardens I felt compelled to do so. Ed was beyond helpful, (on a weekend, I might add) he gave insightful advice, got me the absolute best price on a UV sterilizer, $100 cheaper for the exact same product as compared to Amazon, Fish stores, etc. Had it shipped to my home. Our pond heater broke and after numerous failed attempts to get a new one at major retailers, (website said they were in stock) I found Island Koi. Ed is really friendly and accommodating. We had a new heater in 10 minutes. I will be doing business with Island koi from now on. I recommend this wonderful small business to anyone in search of a knowledgeable and friendly pond store.
