I recently rented from this outfit and was happy that they were so great and got me on the route for the next day! Then it went south, I asked the driver to leave the potty as my family decided to stay. The next Thursday they came and picked it up...but instead of driving around our "borrowed" light up arbor the driver mangled it and drove away. RecommendedOutstanding service. Our daughter had their septic backup late at night and called us crying. Told her all would be ok and just pack up the family and bring them to our house. Next morning I called Island Johnny and they were at her house before noon. All pumped and between her and her dad everything cleaned up. Thank you so much for taking care of our family and can guarantee they’ll keep up with pumping their tank. It only takes once to have this horrible experience.
