Very happy with advice and items. Wasn't sure what size RIB to get with outboard and planned usage, and Garry offered to speak before the purchase to discuss options which was very helpful. The ordering and pick-up was easy, and the RIB I purchased has been great in terms of looks and quality. Garry has also been very responsive when I had a follow-up question. Would highly recommend. I purchased a 2.9 inflatable.I used it twice the transom fell off. Thermal welds were ok, but no good without a transom. It cost over$1900. I was given the choice of monetary value being $1100. Or a new inflatable I took the new inflatable. But I only got the hull. Be careful. This business operates just inside the guidelines of the ACCC.
I recently had to purchase a steering cable and some other bits and pieces from the online store. Everything was dispatched immediately and all communications with the proprietor were prompt and courteous, even to the point where a refund was immediately paid. The service and range cannot be faulted. My go-to store for all my future needs.
