Community manager is an agressive interpreter of all rules and regualtions. Constantly adds new rules and writes up anyone she sunject feels is violating rules. Recently wrote all neighbors muliple supposide violations of said rules. Park looks nice from the entry but not so much once inside. An expensive place to live on a fixed income. No water or trash pickup include except with addional costs. Recently cut back on lawn mantenance only to mow lawns and no triming of sides of units.
