Buyer beware on shipping costs. If you have to return an item, Island Importers does not reimburse the original shipping charges. And, I still had to pay shipping to return it (they provided a "discounted" UPS, but I still had to pay).

Despite a rocky start, the owner took the time to speak with us personally and went out of his way to make things right for us. Really happy with the way he’s resolving our issue for us, and the outcome.

I would give zero stars if I could - this company is horrible to deal with. We ordered a pair of custom pants, which were not made to the proper measurements. Additionally we’re double billed on another item. Called to discuss a refund and employee Ryan was extremely rude, argumentative, and difficult to deal with. Basically told me it was my own fault that I was double billed and proceeded to scold me repeatedly. Refused to issue a refund on the custom order that wasn’t made correctly. These guys make quality product, and will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied and have everything you need prior to your engagement...in my case ...my wedding in Hawaii. My only word of caution would be to speak to them “live” if you are in need of custom sizes. The standard options run a bit bigger than what you would be use to. For example, I wear a 38 pant, but in their linen pant it works out to be a Large. So definitely do your homework on sizing prior to ordering. They are very helpful.
