My first appointment was great. Unfortunately, my second appointment was not the same. I was running late due to checking in on their app as suggested. The app wasn't working correctly, so I should have just went into the office as to not be late. There was one other person waiting, and no one else. The lady at the front desk was not nice at all, didn't listen and cut me off when I was explaining what happened. I usually don't do reviews but the customer service was so bad. Recently went into the imaging center and was told I had to pay a price for paying out-of-pocket of around $250. When I arrived, they changed the price from the original to over $800. I told them that I’d have to run home quick to get some cash to pay for the service. My appointment was at 4 o’clock and they were closing at five but this day said they were closing at 4:30. Hence they didn’t get my service and worked out in my favor because I found an imagining center in Pooler for $200. Avoid at all cost

I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with Beaufort Memorial Hospital, and I would strongly caution others before seeking care here. I was given an estimate for an exam that was significantly higher than what other medical facilities in the area charge for the same service. Even with that, I moved forward expecting transparency and get some money back because it was an estimate. Instead, I later received an additional bill !! that pushed the total cost even higher, with no clear explanation provided in adv... read more
