Had CT scan and told I can pick a copy up the next day. Went to Island Imaging and found they printed out an CT from last year. It's unfortunate I had to give them a one star because they are completely unprofessional and will NEVER have anything to do with Beaufort Memorial Health. There's a reason why their review rating sucks...still waiting for a copy of my CT.

I need a copy of a mammogram disk. When you call they want you to leave a message with your name, date of birth, phone number and a brief message regarding your call. I've done this 4 times in two weeks and have not received the courtesy of a call back.

The imaging was fine but wow, was the woman at the front desk on 5/21/24 awful to interact with. Ornery and rude, when we were asking about sending the results elsewhere it’s as if she took it as a personal offense we were asking her questions.

Went for mammography on 1/30/24, Island Imaging is covered by my plan. Since then I have received multiple bills. The first from Beaufort Memorial which I paid before I realized they hadn't submitted my claim...big mistake. The second is from Beaufort Medical Imaging, that was submitted but it looks like the doctor that looked at my images is not part of the plan. I didn't even have a choice of doctor. Also, when I checked in I gave them my medical card front and back.....but it seems like they submitted claims to 2 differen... read more
