Making the appt and the process of checking in was smooth and easy. Was out faster than promised. The service people were all pleasant. The waiting area is a bit uncomfortable and needs some serious updates.

Honestly, I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years, and this has easily been the worst service experience I’ve had. The service center is incredibly disorganized. I had to bring my car in twice for the exact same issue because the first time they claimed we never told them what the problem was when we dropped the car off. The service advisor even admitted the issue was already documented in their system from when we scheduled the appointment, but somehow we were also expected to remind them again the day of.
