Awful. Unit old, run down, nothing updated. Paid for beach front showed up with 2 windows boarded up. Then on screen fell out. Called front desk to talk to a manager 3X no response. Do not stay here, plenty of other properties much nicer.
The place is great but the staff is horrible. They treated me like if I were a prisoner on probation. I called on my way there to let them know the elevator wasn't working bc my daughter got there 1st and their 1st response when I told them the elevator wasn't functioning was well how did your daughter get in. I was flabbergasted. Well, she's staying with me, so she had the code. That is just one incident. They treated us like crap.
