Eric did a very thorough check on virtually all of the possibilities of a water leak in our pool and concluded that he has likely solved the problem..which time will shortly tell. I was impressed with his professionalism , knowledge and personality and will highly recommend him!!
Very disappointed with service from the team. Initially wrote to them requesting “pool opening” for our salt water pool since we bought our cottage without knowing anything about the system. Willing to pay someone to set it up for us and then learn how to manage it ourselves. Two guys came out on a very cold and rainy day, literally spent 5 minutes to hook up the pump, left without any communication or interaction. We were away from the house when your team arrived. We understood they were coming next week so were surprised they had restored the liner in our absence. If you had phoned we would have ensured we were home. Still we can now start to set up the pool for summer. I note that a couple of screws have gone missing and I found some replacements. Thanks for doing the work so quickly.
When it comes to service after sold they’re # one. Great team.
