I had a great experience this week at Honda. Raemee Enos was kind, informative, and patient. I don't know much about car repairs, and she was perfect.
I had car work here a couple of years ago after having an accident. It was an all around TERRIBLE experience. The customer service was 1/10. The lady I dealt with would ignore my calls and emails. I thought maybe she was on vacation or something it was so bad. But, as soon as I'd call or email the manager, she'd get back to me immediately. My car was in the shop for a MONTH.
