Had a large collision repair which our insurance covered a portion. I picked up the car and PAID THE BILL IN FULL WITH MY CREDIT CARD. About a week or so Later Ben from service called and accused my husband a retired fire chief of not paying in full and demanded immediate payment. Then Ben checked with accounting to Find Honda had been paid in full. Ben was very rude to my 81 year old husband and needs some customer service training. We have been customers for 10’years. Should be ashamed
Service was quick and courteous. I was able to walk in with some issues on my car in the morning. It was fixed and also 2 recalls done by mid afternoon. I would go back again.
Harrison was amazing!
This place is fantastic, I've only been for a transmission fluid change, and a recall on another vehicle, but you can tell this place is professional and cares. They've earned my loyalty.
