Veronica Bingham, the property manager, is a great addition to our community. She's a good communicator, always cheerful and helpful, and is bringing a nice feel to our apartment community--best manager since I moved here in 2013. It's important for us apartment dwellers to have a responsive and pleasant manager we can count on, and Veronica is terrific. Also a shout out to Dean Holter, our maintenance pro. Veronica Bingham, the manager has a very cheerful manner and is always available to chat or answer any questions you might have.
These a-holes raised our rent $300 per mo. when our lease ran out. One of the other tenants who was forced to move was over 65 years old with terminal cancer. Do not move here.
