We had a great experience with Jamie Kolk we toured up and down the island several times house hunting. We covered a lot of miles and he pointed out issues with homes subtly and with good observation. He was very thorough and diligent with all aspects concerning the real estate forms and suggested a bylaw which covered us from future issues. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Jamie. He is kind easy going and willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

Jamie is the best! He's built a great system to promote listings, but more than that, he cares about his clients and understands how challenging selling a home can be. I can't recommend Jamie enough and will look to him when buying or selling in the future.

We worked with Jamie Kolk both for selling our home in Chemainus and buying a home in Parksville. Jamie gave good advice on both transactions. Jamie is honest, thorough and tireless. During our search for a new home Jamie took us to Thetis Island, Quadra Island, out to Port Alberni and even out to Headquarters Bay and all points in between as we searched for our particular wants. When we decide to purchase our house last year, we were still in China and getting ready for the big moving journey back to Canada. Jamie was so helpful and on top of things all the time, it wasn't a easy deal to seal, but he is doing everything he could to help us to solve all problems while we couldn't be here, very good communication, we are very appreciate his effort, definitely will recommend to all our family and friends for his service!
