I had a very frustrating experience with Island Hino Truck Sales. We ordered a Hino truck and paid a $5k deposit, which was refunded after some time. A couple of months later, we changed our minds and decided to cancel the order. Commercial Truck Equipment had already received the truck, and they told us we could buy it and still get our deposit back.
