I had 2.5 bathrooms re-done all at once and I really appreciated Jeff and Ian's straightforwardness and suggestions. They use excellent trades for plumbing, electrical, tiling. Schedule dragged out a bit but Island Heights was as determined as I was to reach project completion. A bit of advice - get the cabinet supplier to install your cabinets. Next time (for my kitchen?), I think I will choose a fixed price contract rather than time and materials so I'm not paying for the inevitable "oops's" that occur in any project.
I’m very pleased with my condo renovations that were done by Island Heights. Jeff and his crew had excellent communication along the way and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I would 100% recommend Island Heights Construction! We had a small project but big issue! They were so great right from the beginning. They kept us updated with everything and responsed to our questions immediately. They are definitely the best we have delt with so far. We will be using them for our future projects hands down!
