Staff helpful and makes patient comfortable during extracting blood samples. They do their best to process patients ASAP to reduce line ups. Unfortunately they only open on Mon-Fri from 7:30 am to 12 noon. Their doors are closed Sat - Sun. Business hours are rather short. If I need to get blood work done on their off days I either get it at Saanich Peninsula hospital or Sidney VIHA Labs. However the Keating location is convenient for Central Saanich residents.
