This is an Immunization Clinic, but they don't do vaccine for the child when they reopen on this fall season. That's not reasonable, and not make sense. It's the flu with the Covid season , it's hard to find a clinic to get vaccine for the children. I don't know who made this decision, but the management of Island Health need to rethink about it.
They gave my girlfriend the completely wrong vaccine and refuse to remedy the situation by allowing her to come in and get one when she's available. They basically said if she doesn't come in immediately They won't give her the correct vaccine even though it is their mistake, they wont even let her speak to a manager. It's for a potentially life threatening situation. This is completely and utterly unacceptable.
