I made an appointment for 2:30 on a Friday. Arriving at the shop told one of the hairdressers who I was and the time my appointment was for. Set down and started flipping through some magazines. The hairdresser that I had the appointment with never even bothered to look at me, let alone telling me that she was running late. I recently had a drastic change in my hair. 12 or more inches gone. I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Bestial. He was absolutely amazing and listened to what I wanted the end results to be. I really hope he sticks around at that location because I will be going back and requesting him! Thank you Bestial you’re truly great at what you do!

I had a cut and foils with Bestial. I am so pleased! Both are exactly what I wanted. Bestial listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircolor I have had in a long time. I have had so many compliments! Highly recommended!

I wanted my hair brightened and more blonde. I’m already a blonde. I’m a natural brunette and one of my roots done and she didn’t do my roots and she made my hair even darker. It looks absolutely horrible. I’m literally crying. I absolutely hate my hair so much I did not want to be brunette. I asked for it to be brightened.
