Wish I could give zero, made my appointment more than 6 months ago for upstyle for wedding, called me 48 hours prior to event and said they can’t do as priority is given for a wedding! Offered me 730am, Mad to say the least.
Absolutely delightful staff
The new wax is really not pleasant on the skin, the beautician had difficulty removing the wax strip and pinched my skin at the same time. Furthermore, at the end of the appointment, I still had residue on my bikini line, which I had to remove myself.
I had such an amazing experience with Grace! She did a fantastic job on my hair. I absolutely love the blonde, it looks beautiful and feels incredibly healthy. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. Grace is not only talented but also so kind and professional. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly knows hair!
