Nice beach day sherri breen
The island gym and the owner trainer Reggie has changed my life and many other people's lives..I have seen it with my own eyes..I had a sedentary lifestyle and now lift weights 3 to 4 times a week..and run on treadmill in the cardio room some 5 times a week..i feel much better and my i am in great shape..island gym is very affordable and the people are friendly like family
