They will introduce themselves as ‘Felicia’ - “if they do not want to have you back” - that is a direct quote from an employee. If you care about your dog DO NOT bring it here for grooming. We brought a binder with pictures and directions on how to cut our dog’s hair exactly - the blatant disregard for the direction is so obvious it is insulting. 0/5
