Island Hut is hands-down one of the best Hawaiian-style/Asian fusion spots I’ve ever tried. You might expect typical Hawaiian-style dishes—macaroni, chicken, rice—but this place takes it over the top. The fusion with Asian flavors is divine and delicate, with each bite perfectly balanced.
