Darlene is an excellent customer service representative! She responded quickly to phone calls and emails, and gave clear information on the glass replacement process. I highly reccomend this company simply based on the customer service from Darlene.
Huge window needed replaced, found Island Glass with many Great reviews so gave them a call. Darlene was very helpful and knowledgeable. The timing was reasonable for delivery.
