We were on the ferry during labor day weekend and witnessed a belligerent man verbally attack the ferry caption and staff member (wife). The caption and staff handled the situation appropriately. Much praise to boat staff!!
The Captains, first mates, the office girls ALL are amazing!! I use this ferry service weekly, never have a problem! Highly recommend!
Good experience! Used it to go to Cabbage Key. Good price, on-time, friendly and chill boat staff, also who doesn’t love a boat ride? The boat is basic but it’s clean, in good condition and comfortable enough. It felt very safe.
Boat in need of paint, no cushions anywhere. For $60 I expected a better experience. Very uncomfortable ride for the money
We have used Island girl for several trips to North Captiva and Cabbage Key. Great company. Very friendly and also a good conversation !
