Came across this hidden gem on my way to bass canyon. This is a small mom & pops established, everything taste so fresh. Owners were very nice and welcoming, I’ll definitely be back.
The food makes you over look everything else. The food is absolutely amazing.
If you dont mind waiting 45 minutes or longer its good not great. I would go here if it was quicker i mean that's ridiculous
An unexpected surprise of fresh authentic food on a road trip. We've been traveling back to Seattle from Iowa. We had our share of diners and fast food. Finding Island Fusion was a breath of fresh air. The food was made to order. There was a nice char on the chicken. I got the beef and chicken combination to get more of a variety. Next time I would get all chicken. The beef was nice and lean but I kept gravitation towards the chicken. The restaurant is a bit further out from exit 109 but it's well worth it. Beef Samosas and Chicken Katsu were delicious! The Samosa filling has tender chucks off beef seasoned to perfection while the outer shell was light and crispy. Just one of, if not the best, samosas I've ever had in my life. The katsu was tender and the crispy breading was in perfect proportion to the chicken. The katsu came with Mac salad that beats our favorite place back home! The sauses for both were also incredible. Stopped here on our way to Kansas City, and we're making it a point to come back here on the return trip.
