Recently just bought 2 new Chevys from Island Ford in Duncan BC. We dealt with Richard who was one of the salesmen, he was great! Honest, easy to talk things thru, overall a great guy! We won’t be buying anything new for sometime now, but will send and friends or family there if we can! Thanks for your service!

I had my first "fabulous" experience at a car dealership! (My last experience at a different dealership was awful.) Their service is phenomenal! I will never go back to Glenoak Ford after dealing with Island Ford, they are actually reasonable, listen to the information you give them, treat you with respect and try hard instead of making excuses and blaming the customer. I cannot say enough about how pleasant of an experience it was to deal with them. I drive my truck all the way from Victoria to get service done by them because they are so much better than the Ford dealerships in Victoria.
