Terrible service at the reception. I wasn’t familiar with the area and didn’t know there’s a fair market on Wednesdays right on the street, which made parking extremely difficult. I ended up arriving 12 minutes late. I tried to call ahead to inform them, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. So I went to this place Trying to enjoy a nice massage but upon twice going and this is the last time reason for being is that I can't keep using Groupon for this place cause I assume reason being is they want to keep all the money for themselves and cut out Groupon cause I was told that if I keep using Groupon I have to pay $15 per visit he put is as I have to paid tax and I'm like wtf tax I have never heard that I have to pay taxes twice ? I purchased a Groupon for myself and a friend. I booked an appointment online through the app. After reading the reviews I double checked and the vendor canceled my appointment without any call/email and no 24 hour notice. I'm so happy I read the reviews and didn't just show up without verifying. I will request a refund through Groupon for both services I purchased.
