Normally I come to this facility and always make an appointment online. I received a confirmation for the appointment today and when I got there I told Jessica the girl at the front desk and showed her the confirmation she told me I had to come back at 5:30pm because she did not check the online appointments and they’re booked. I sat there for 40 mins waiting patiently for my appointment. I am highly disappointed.
I’ve been visiting this massage studio for a while, and I want to start by saying that Judy, my massage therapist, is absolutely amazing. Each session with her has been fantastic. Unfortunately, my overall experience at this location has been less than satisfactory due to the owner’s attitude. There have been multiple occasions where the owner was unaccommodating and caused unnecessary anxiety, especially when it came to using Groupons or making timely reservations. I had a great experience with this Spa.. 90min deep tissue massage with Cindy …. I went twice in 3days, clean nice and professional. I definitely come again to this place
