My experience at the Island Foot and Ankle clinic was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their patience and genuine care helped ease my nerves and made me feel completely at ease instead of scared or anxious. Staff and Dr were so accommodating. My foot surgery went so good with Sara explaining what to expect and Dr Mascorro was explaining each step as she proceeded. Everyone was so welcoming and set me at ease. I am home now and it is exactly as they said it would be. Pain was controlled when I got there and the healing process is painless with the package I was given for home treatment. They are the best there!!
You WILL NOT find a more loving, compassionate, upbeat atmosphere, and colossal amount of knowledge from the most dedicated Doctor and STAFF. They made me feel right at home, and I could relax knowing this was the best care anywhere. #TRUTH
