I worked with Jeffrey on 2 projects. (1) Replace 2 carpeted bedrooms with the same engineered hardwood as the rest of the house. Jeffrey was able to locate the same floor which was a miracle since it has been 5 years since the original floors were installed. We had new floors installed this past June by Island Floors. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. We came into their showroom on a Monday and by Friday our floors were installed . Jeff , the owner’s son was our salesman. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His communication was excellent. The installation team was efficient, competent and professional as well. We highly recommend Island Floors.
We have dealt with Ryan the whole time and he was very professional and easy to work with. We gave him what we wanted and was able to provide us with answers and product. He was easy to deal with, very professional, and the customer came first!! Will def use them again as we have another room to do!! Thank you Ryan and friends!!
Bill Futrell Kent Island: May 8, 2025 Island Floors installed carpet on 3 floors of our townhouse in November 2020. See photos. They worked with us on the color and quality that we wanted and their insulation workmanship was outstanding. After 5 years, due to our walking patterns, some slight slack has occurred in the carpet on the first floor and Island Floors will be coming out to make tweaks to tighten up the carpet AT NO COST!
