I worked with Jeffrey on 2 projects. (1) Replace 2 carpeted bedrooms with the same engineered hardwood as the rest of the house. Jeffrey was able to locate the same floor which was a miracle since it has been 5 years since the original floors were installed. We had new floors installed this past June by Island Floors. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. We came into their showroom on a Monday and by Friday our floors were installed . Jeff , the owner’s son was our salesman. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His communication was excellent. The installation team was efficient, competent and professional as well. We highly recommend Island Floors.
We have dealt with Ryan the whole time and he was very professional and easy to work with. We gave him what we wanted and was able to provide us with answers and product. They worked with us on the color and quality that we wanted and their insulation workmanship was outstanding. Top quality experience from start to finish. Walked into store and talked with JK on a Saturday. Explained our need to get the job done quickly. He was able to locate the exact flooring match, have it shipped and installed in less than 7 business days. Chris the installer did an amazing job. Wife is thrilled.
