I was pleasantly surprised, I walked in and asked for a 1 day pass to evaluate, it took 2 minutes. It is compact, yet I think the proportions are great for the number of members (I went Saturday morning). What struck me is the great vibe and friendly, supportive atmosphere. They stress injury prevention and recovery, which is attractive to me.

Great gym that is really accepting of people on vacation….. Day and week passes. Smaller gym that has everything you need to get a great workout in. Weight room is set up great to provide a variety of equipment and there is a separate cardio room. Thanks!
