DO NOT USE this Bank/Credit Union. I Leased a new vehicle and the financing was provided by Island Federal. I made several online payment directly debited from my account and suddenly without authorization they debited my account a second time only one day after I made my payment leaving me short $650 in my account. I immediately contacted them and they said it would take 10 Business days to issue the refund. I could not understand how they could take $650 from my account without approval and then tell me it would be 10 days... read more
