My wife and I recently completed a HELOC and auto refinance with Island Federal in Bellmore. Our Service Representative, Keri, was terrific. She made the applications and closing very easy. Both loans were processed and closed quickly. Because Keri wasn't available, we closed the auto loan with Ukura, the Branch Manager, who was also very nice to work with. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Maria is the best Bank Rep.on Long Island….. maybe the world.
