We recently purchased Island Farmhouse Poultry chicken thighs at our local grocery store. We really enjoy our thighs baked with Shake & Bake and my husband takes the leftovers in his lunch the next day. We were so excited to find a locally grown source until I opened the package. Cancelling my processing the night before is very unprofessional and inconvenient for farmers. I am really not happy. Neither are my customers.
This is the only chicken that tastes like chicken used to taste .
