Impossible to get an appointment. No one answers the phone. Can't even get a response from the Sharp app. I do like the doctors but its so hard to get in.
Working with Dr.Perrozich was great and handle my kids with care. As for the front desk reception Debbie on the other hand she was very rude and short with me. Accused me of giving her attitude and all I was asking for was an updated shot recorded. She told me that I was accusing her of not giving me the right information but I told her I wasn’t blaming her I was just simply saying I was never told my son need a shot he was suppose to get at age 6. Her tone and rude response I felt was r no way to deal with a patient.
It took me 5 years to get back to see my former Dr. Petrovich and was really looking forward to connecting on some concerning health issues BUT I didn't get to see her as a specifically requested. Staff was OK at first then just terrible as they lost 25 years worth of my medical history when they changed systems then advised me my appt was done before I was able to get any answers on the initial reason I went in. Female staff representative was rude and made it incredibly hard to take our premie baby girl to be seen by Dr Petrovich. If want to be treated poorly, go here.
I’m super grateful for this practice and RN Lisa specifically! They got us in as new patients within less than 24 hrs of needing a Dr. to see my son and gave us fantastic attention and care.
