Female staff representative was rude and made it incredibly hard to take our premie baby girl to be seen by Dr Petrovich. If want to be treated poorly, go here.
I’m super grateful for this practice and RN Lisa specifically! They got us in as new patients within less than 24 hrs of needing a Dr. to see my son and gave us fantastic attention and care.
Refused to see me at 1:30 on a Thursday. Worker was rude and not qualified for customer service.
