Would give them a 0 if I could. Charged me $143 dollars for my yearly check up wouldn’t let me see the doctor until I paid. Mind you I have vision insurance. The office is manager is truly awful and the biller has no idea what she’s doing. Love the doctor but the people working for her are awful. Today i went to get my glasses tightened, not realizing it closed at noon today, I walked in at 1204pm, as the door was unlocked. I was asked may I help you and I removed my glasses to show how loose the arms were. I was told they are closed and would I like to come back Monday. The staff was there and the lady that does take care of the glasses was. It would not have taken more than 2 minutes. I have been going to Island Family Eye Care for years. Each time I go for an appointment or make a phone call they exceed my expectations. The entire team is warm, kind and so helpful. Dr Cassata is knowledgeable and takes her time and answers all of my questions. Highly recommend, I assure you wont be disappointed!
Stopped at the store to look for a new pair of glasses. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.
