I have been a client for 8 years now. I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Wright as usual He was so easy to talk to and very thorough with my exam. It was an enjoyable experience.
The optometrist and staff was awesome! Great experience! However, the retail side was a joke. The pricing and the lack of knowledge on how everything is charged through insurance, was very discouraging and misleading. I am glad I had my printouts for my insurance for my coverage. If you don't care what you spend and just go with what they offer this is the place for you. It's a beautiful office, but the customer shouldn't have to pay for it.
