Mai was sweet and awesome. She stayed in communication the whole time.
Mai was our transfer to and from our hotel and airport. She communicated with us while on her way to let us know her ETA. She was super nice and very professional. We will use this transfer company again for sure.
On our way to the Hotel it was great! Very easy to find and very nice driver! On the way to the airport our van ac was not working and a strange sound was occuring. We were immediately taken off the van and It started to pour smoke from the engine! Thankfully no one was injured and we were all in a safe area to get out of the van thanks to our wonderful driver. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Absolutely worth the price. We will use them in the future.
Our driver was on schedule and kindly helped us with our luggage from inside the hotel. She was friendly and I was amazed how quickly she was able to get us to the airport dealing with the traffic due to a festival.
