Mai our driver went above and beyond. Our Hawaii Air got switched to Alaska Air which is in terminals. She looked at the flight number and got us to the right location so we made our flight back. Great job Mai

Would definitely recommend this shuttle service. We only booked one way and our flight was delayed into Hawaii and we missed our shuttle - they were kind enough to credit us and use it for the transfer from our hotel back to Honolulu airport when we were leaving. The service was amazing and the lady came into the hotel and called my name, I still needed to check out and she said no rush, she would wait. Would definitely use this service again.
The drivers communicated before pickup, were on time, and very knowledgeable about the area. I recommend Island Express Shuttle!
