We were told they had one golf cart available first come first serve and we left to go get it instantly. The lady gave us the wrong address and when we arrived she was renting it to someone else. Poor communication
Lazy, unprofessional, not very good customer service. As you can see from the number of available carts in the parking lot, we were told they were all reserved and we could not rent one. Yet as the day progressed these sat in front of the store. Why would you tell us on Friday to come back in the morning at 9, only to tell us in the morning that there are none available, yet they just sat there all day. Not a very good business plan.
