Great views right on the beach. Great POA president. Nice people live here. But if you’re a younger person trying to live the dream, this definitely ain’t it. Constant noises for months on end- drilling, hammering, pounding for days and days starting at 9am until 5pm. Many sudden announcements via the speakers in each condo from management at 9am about inspections, AC shut downs, etc etc. There is no peace living here.
